Cox Communications Sucks

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worst part is they couldn't care less as they are basically a monopoly.

Sorry for the bad experience. I know from working and being a DISH Network customer I can say they are #1 in the industry for customer care.

The reason their service is so bad is because of employee attitude. There is no loyalty in either direction. Employees are something to use
