Lied to by two different employees at two different times. Didnt get our order in time, then refused to refund after they said they would!

Ordered 10/15. Called 10/28, order was never sent. "computer glitch" sounds like a common prob for them. SUCKS!

They ship usps and when it gets lost in the mail they refuse to refund

I pre-ordered a costume on 9/24. I called to check on the status on 10/11. I was told they can't guarantee I would get it by Halloween.

This company really sucks.They sent me a defective costume that was missing one of the main accesories. No refund even it was their mistake.
