This site is irresponsible & caters to people who may not all the facts when they make their off-the-cuff slanderous remarks. Makes me sick.

Agreed. Although the customer has every right to speak their mind, resolutions should be sought directly from the company itself FIRST.

It costs $1,000's & untold hours to sue this site to force slanderous remarks to get removed. Posters should be held liable by the site.

Posters should be required to divulge correct information -if what they're reporting is true, they should have no problem stating their name

Consumers are expected to bend over and take it. Dirty businesses don't believe they should have to be held accountable.

warnings should only be posted after a company has been given an opportunity to put things right, otherwise its just a moaners paradise

UNFAIR !! A jealous business in my neighborhood is anonomously posting untrue nasty comments in an effort to give us a bad name!

This is an extortion site where if you pay them you can get a bad review taken off. They will not be around long as many lawsuits are filed.

They allow anybody to post unsubstantiated claims about any company even if it is completely untrue and they dont even bother to remove it.

The website Company Name Sucks, will post false statements about your website, without doing any background checks ect. BEWARE of them!
