They: do no review to see if they are attacking the right company, allow personal attacks, let anyone say anything,true or not.

They allow anonymous people to write unsubstantiated claims against honest professional businesses and make it difficult for them to defend.

They promote reviews on companies but they allow it to be done anomyously creating unhonesty & charge companies to defend themselves
