Let's see. . . I pay WAY too much for a crappy selection of channels, bad reception, and slow internet. Anything good costs even more!

Comcast customer service is awful. I have been through several mo. of customer service appeasing me but never fixing the problem

In 9 months, they gave my phone number to other people twice. Harrible Internet connection and cable problem. Please, DO NOT go with Comcast

There hasn't been a day in my life when I thought, "Comcast is not the worst company ever." Horrible Service. Comcast is a bad decision.

No one ever showed up to install my cable. They should all be fired

Horrid service, horrid email, horrid no saving of emails before refreshing their horrible ads, horrid no page-down in preview pane. Horrid.

Comcast sucks! Online email is the worst. Refreshes without saving emails, just to refresh ads for ad money. No customer service.

Comcast didn't send me a bill for one month and shut off my cable without notice. They didn't do anything about it until I complained a ton.

Comcast email reloads, to load their ads, on firefox, without saving 1st. All email is lost since your last save. Comcast does NOT care!!!

Comcast's "promotional" rate is $159. later it jumps to $210. You are forced to ask for another promotion. Stop screwing your customers.

Comcast is deterring me from paying my bill and has left me on hold for 30 minutes the past 3 times I attempted to close my account.

Comcast allowed someone to open an account in my name never checking the identity of the person.
