You can do it yourself, they charge $495 & service is HORRIBLE, they don't follow up with lenders only when you call and ask for the status

They give you 5.5 to 6.5% interest rate. But lender give you 6.8% after consolidation. They are lier. Please complain to BBB.2

They never return calls and our case has been going on for 6 months. They stink and that is being polite

This company is a scam. They lie. They did not consolidate my loans at all. They scammed me out of $600 and did nothing. I intend to report

They have a branch in office building and they have some interesting folks going in and out of their offices. Very sketchy operation.

1)Yes you can do it yourself. You can also do your taxes for free but you pay someone to do them for you.

It's "liars" first off... Second, interest rates on Federal Student Loans are set by the Government. We don't quote rates.

Please elaborate on what "interesting folks" look like?? Who are you to judge someone? Are you God? You know nothing of our "operation."

They are a sham, unprofessional, and uncoordinated.No one there is on the same page or even in the same book.

I got conned $950. They think they are protected by carefully worded policies and contract language. They are going to be surprised.
