Chegg claimed the college textbook I returned was damaged and did'nt refund my money EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T OPEN THE BOX before returning it

I seriously doubt it. Chegg's great and very good to work with when you have an issue

Yeah I've never had a problem with them...they're actually quite lenient about returns in my experience

I don't believe it. Chegg is pretty amazing with their customer service. I've never known anyone who doesn't love them.
