They are not a customer service friendly there, Trever and Katie should be fired talking to people they way they do. they lie about the cost

Listen folks century link calls me every day pushing their PRISM SERVICE. I've done everything I can filed a complaint with FTC do not call

Never been able to log onto their website to pay bill no matter how many times I've called & had them reset PWs/login - this is basic stuff

All they do is say the same thing unplug router etc when the problem is on there end always why don't they fix there shit!!!!!
