My connection won't hold for more than 5 minutes. Service this bad should be illegal!

Are DSL filters installed? Probably not. Why read the instructions! Right? DSL works GREAT when installed properly.

took over 10 attemps and 4 months to cancel service. cust srvc kept losing request. was sent to collections for not paying. finally disco'd

Telephone tech support sucks - the old put you on hold and checks to see how long you wait. If you are still there they eventually hang up.
