These people can not deliver consistent high quality service. I pay for 10 megabit, somedays it actually happens. Avoid them if possible.

If Quest refunds me for returning a router, They Obviously got it. Then century link looses it while buying out quest and bills me for it

took over 10 attemps and 4 months to cancel service. cust srvc kept losing request. was sent to collections for not paying. finally disco'd

Tried to remove long distance would end up costing more because of bundling. Use your cell phone.

Never been able to log onto their website to pay bill no matter how many times I've called & had them reset PWs/login - this is basic stuff
