Canterbury Relocations Sucks

Had geniune complaint about various parts of job but the boss just threatened to add $200 for late payment, send to baycorp and take away the stuff they had moved for us.  Was very rude to deal with and I felt bullied into making a payment that was excessive for what they did.  They were ill equipped with only screw drivers to dismantle things.  They sent the wrong sized truck, some of our property was damaged, one guy left black grease marks up our hallway, my husband had to leave work twice, once to bring them an allen key and the 2nd time to take a bracket off the wall that they didn't have the tools to do.  They withheld that they charge for the time it takes them to go back to their depo and in the end the move cost us more then what another company had quoted me to move our entire household of stuff.  (We had spent all weekend moving loads over with a transit van to try and save cost).  They had cheapest hourly rate but were far from being cheap and were extremely unprofessional to deal with.  Please warn people against using this company.
