Agents, like Michael, deal with customers mostly verbally, on the phone, no email confirmation, so they can alter it later for their profit. No itemized invoice at all. \"Package\" of expedited service, in-home delivery, installation, and additional warranty is a term used to lure customers into a deal. I was charged $200 more compared to other sellers for I believed in that “package”. It turned out there was no installation. Then they said that charge was for expedited service, which I disagreed, then they changed it to additional warranty, which I could buy for the same term with only $70, and so on. Base price is just a place holder to show competiveness with other sellers and a way to nullify their price match policy. In reality, the total price is way much higher. And when you complain or ask them to adjust the order, they would let your voice on the phone heard by all agents in the room to laugh at it, like Richard did. The bottom line is, this is not a trustworthy business. They can’t compete honestly with other sellers by their own business model so they have to invent their ways to make profit. They can trap uninformed or busy customers (like me, when I was caught up with too many things in my moving) who just want to get the order done fast and believe in “you got a very good deal”. Regular customers should check Amazon.com or even other local big stores first before considering these kinds of online business.\"
