Made me bring the truck back at 8:00am the next day-only opened 9:15am. Tried to charge me $49.00 for not filling up tank which I did. Rude

26' rental truck was not inspected properly before a 2000 mile move. Headlights didn't work properly and was very dangerous.

Budget Truck Rental is unethical They don't uphold their committments. They overbook without a care that they are costing you money and time

while driving on 5/31 it rained ouside and inside the truck. customer service said I shold hae called the 24 hour # for assitance.No $help
