There has been only 2 complaints on the BBB in the past 36 months. These SUCKS posts are from Brown Bag Party's competitors I bet!

It doesn't matter what you say. Brown Bag Party still sucks. maybe the complaints just haven't made it to the website yet. They will.

Apparently you haven't read the complaints. Customers and former reps alike are complaining. It's not the competitors.

Yes, but the BBB is for CONSUMERS only. Not reps who got screwed over by BBP or the reps that left because of unethical behavior.

Not to mention that some people would prefer not to complain due to the nature of the product. It doesn't always keep confidentialty.

There's no privacy with Brown Bag, the owner gets all customer names and information when orders are placed. NO privacy in Brown Bag Party.

wow i am not going to host a brown bag party or even consider becoming a brown bag party consultant. if even half of this is true!

It's ALL true. BBP SUCKS. Take it from an ex consultant who QUIT because of their lack of ethics.

Two CLOSED complaints are listed. How many more are open that aren't shown? 2 complaints won't make a C+, & that WAS a D 4 days ago.

Wow, I think most of these are from the same person, get over it. Brown Bag is way better than any other company. I know, I switched!

I hate other consultants trying to sully the name of a better company. Just switch already if you're so jealous.

BBP is great! I order all the time and have never had a problem.Great CS,products and reps. I will order again and again!

I bought a toy & a lube from, lube leaked all out in the box. Lube ate the toy & ruined it. 5M later, cust svc hasn't replaced the box.

It took 3 months for me to settle a product issue and that was dealing with the Headquarters. Customer service sucks!

They double charge customer credit cards due to a glitch in their system, then put it on the rep to refund that customer in cash.
