Brown Bag Party Sucks

I bought a toy & a lube from, lube leaked all out in the box. Lube ate the toy & ruined it. 5M later, cust svc hasn't replaced the box.

I ordered something and never received it. Fought with cust. service and they still didn't refund me.

I have had dealings with this company many times with no problems.I will use them again.

Hey, it's YOUR money. I for one will NEVER order with BBP again.

I am a rep for BBP and love it. It is an amazing copmany! It disappoints me to see other companies attack us!

BBP is great! I order all the time and have never had a problem.Great CS,products and reps. I will order again and again!

It took 3 months for me to settle a product issue and that was dealing with the Headquarters. Customer service sucks!

There has been only 2 complaints on the BBB in the past 36 months. These SUCKS posts are from Brown Bag Party's competitors I bet!
