Brown Bag Party Sucks

It took 3 months for me to settle a product issue and that was dealing with the Headquarters. Customer service sucks!

Agree! I ordered something and never got it. I had to fight with headquarters to get my money back.

I placed an order at a party & the $100 toy I got was broken. They would not replace it or refund my money.

You all are lucky...I ordered and got stuff I didn't even order...and NOT stuff I wanted! Im still waiting on my original order...4M later!

Yes, I had a customer order a "Quickee Blow N Go" & got a P*nis Shooter Glass. Oh yea, that's the same retail and same item. & yes I quit

maybe it was not the company but was you since you were a rep that quit... you quit so you were not much of a success

human error can be made. never have had any issues with bbp, the reps are great and so is the staff. bbp you rock

I AM a success BECAUSE I quit. I'm a success for no longer associated with such a stupid company. That's a huge success in itself!

I had 10 out of 50 orders with "human errors". That's a 20% error rate. That sucks. If you don't have issues, you don't sell & order enough.

I LOVE how a rep just put her name, info & undying love for Peter. Peter IS headquarters. This customer has an issue with headquarters. DUH.

I think if you had a problem with BB it was because it was in its first stages. It has grown and the seldom mistakes are fixed quickly

I had the same problem with JC Penny's ONCE! Just don't buy from them again but a bad review like SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS? LMAO!

It only takes 1 really bad f*-up to ruin a company's reputation, and this is way too many f*-ups from different people. I'm staying away!

I've never had a problem with Brown Bag Party.I recommend them to everyone. They are cheaper than others and more educated.

I was a BBP consultant for 6 mo's. I quit because they are unethical, Peter will scam everyone he can and the conslultants are TRASHY!

I had 6 parties that I hosted last year. My girls had a blast and had a different rep every time all were good and very educational in L.A

I see there are going to be people who love and people who hate BBP, any where you go you can have flaws. I loved my parties by BBP.

I am BBP rep just started with them actually. I was a Passion Parties rep and didn't like the shippin rates so got out.

With BBP the shippin rates are way better. I don't think you can base your opinion of the reps by the mistakes of a company.

The reps are not trashy either. I love what I do and have so much fun doin it too. Aubrie Romance Consultant.

My experience so far has been great with BBP. I've enjoyed the products and the service. You should look into finding a more dedicated rep.

They fabricate "violations" to terminate consultants with zero notice.If another rep doesn't like u, they will find a way to get rid of u

I bought a toy & a lube from, lube leaked all out in the box. Lube ate the toy & ruined it. 5M later, cust svc hasn't replaced the box.
