BBP has the most expensive prices,lowest quality & highest shipping rates. I could get 2x the amount of product at another company.

I got a call today, women told me she saw these complaints and decided to stay away from BBP! This is getting the word out.

If you have 500 reps and make it to 1000 in a year, that's 100% growth. If you have 25,000 reps & double that in a year, then you can brag.

Neither the owner nor his wife do parties. As a new rep, I was told his wife DID parties only to find out later that no, she does not.

I bought a Purple Thunder from Brown Bag. It never worked and Rep wouldn't replace it even though it was never used. Customer service said I

have to take it up with the Rep. The Rep told me I had to deal with customer service. I spent $72 plus s/h & tax for NOTHING! Company SUCKS

There has been only 2 complaints on the BBB in the past 36 months. These SUCKS posts are from Brown Bag Party's competitors I bet!

It took 3 months for me to settle a product issue and that was dealing with the Headquarters. Customer service sucks!
