They add hidden fee's, scam you're money, tell you're information to a third party. Horrible costumer service. They lie in you're face!

I live in a county that is very limited to what service you can have. So i have bright house they suck they are so over price.

BH is now charging me for a modem that I purchased years ago. I hate them, but don't have another choice.

Just bought a Samsung 40 in hdtv and Bright House hooked up the hd box they advertise for free. The box is 6.95 a month the picture is poor.

Customer service never answers the phone. Boxes need reboot daily movies freeze and service is over priced for no support

7 years of intermittent service and the denials every day "We show NO outage in your area" and THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!

Fucking terrible... my internet goes down every 15-20min. call customer service, they come out EIGHT days later.. still doesnt work.FUCK BH

ive been with just about every major cable company out there and bright house customer service is by far the best.
