Bridal Details Sucks

Bridal Details of 8266 Hascall St. in Omaha, NE is the most DISORGANIZED, DISHONEST, and UNCARING shop. friend’s bridesmaid dresses never came, and they lied to us and gave us the runaround up until the week before the wedding…therefore promising us dresses and then leaving us empty handed.  Only the bride’s dress came in on Monday, and her wedding was that Saturday.   Everything was ordered the seven months in advance that they prefer, and they kept telling us that they don’t worry until the five-week mark even though we asked them multiple times to check the status…they ADMITTED at 5 weeks that they made a clerical error typing in the Credit Card Number, so who knows if the dresses were even made.  They tried to blame the designer (Alfred Angelo for the bridesmaids), but the designer of the wedding dress was a separate designer (Mary’s), and all were missing up until the week of the wedding!  Again, NO BRIDESMAID DRESSES and now NO REFUND because they don’t even have $1200 in their business account!  They take your business with a sweet smile and then never return your calls or act exasperated when answering the phone.  They obviously can’t handle the clients they currently have, why are they taking on more?  CLOSE THIS BUSINESS due to failure to deliver products and failure to refund for undelivered products.
