The company is a rip off. They are an illegal download site pretending to be lagitimate. They lure you in with trial membership and then slap you with unnecessary charges. The software that shows up during search does not even exists. When you contact them, they will give you run aruonds and then put a block on your number. WHAT A RIP OFF

I had a problem getting the software to work on my computer (mac) when I sign up, support helped with installing mac software and it worked.
Their software gave me a virus, I called 2 cancel & they did not answer the phone, I left messages & they wouldnt return calls & billed me!!
They are ugli and pushy crooks! They stung me $50!
I have never used it. I tried to cancel in the 3 day trial period. They said my 72 hours was up and I was going to be charged the full$$

They were good with me, I bought trail membership and I used it. Their software is very useful. BPT software does what they claim.

Don't be fooled by the two "I disagree" reviews. They were probably planted. I was lucky enough to cancel my card before they charged me.

SCAM! I feel sick at the fact I fell for it...am going through Credit Card company for refund (but feel it was my fault for being stupid)

I agree that the company is a rip off. This company is earning money from people who mistakenly signed up for trial. The charge is $74.95.
The customer service said the first month costs $49.99. On the web site, it says one time membership fee is $49.99. Conflict.
Be aware that when you signed up the trial of $1.99, your credit will be charged the amount of $74.95.
