Ripped off 80yr old parents They say "flat rate" but the Xtras + up.They showed up 7 days later and held the furn hostage for $500 more!

Long story short they ripped me off $550. Staff and mgrs r the worst, they never take notes or communicate. Sure to be out of business soon.
