What gives your company the right to post false statements without reviewing the post submitted before you post it, your web hosting company is now going to be contacted for false advertisment and slander, you will be receiving a letter to remove this post and if not we will begin court procedings!!!

If you wish to contact a lawyer I would like to make you aware of a federal law called the Communications Decency Act or “CDA”, 47 U.S.C. § 230. Do yourself a favor and read before you send. You have the option as i have said before to sign up for a free business support account and reply to the accusation. No black hat here, you apparently just dont know how to click the next button since your review has moved to the second page.

Your emails are also being posted each time to the page i sent you in a previous email we call it our sucks blog. Its wordpress, which means each update is pinged to alert the search engines of an update (one of the reasons im now results 11 and 12 when your company name is searched).

You have a bad review, it happens. Either respond to it like a real business owner or ignore it.
