Berland Imaging of Creve Couer Sucks
Never ask them to send your records anywhere. No back-up of radiographic films and mailing with no tracking = risking loss of all your info
After having my mammograms done at Berland for the last 7 years, I requested my records be sent to my new healthcare provider (address verified). When no records showed up, I asked them to be resent. I was told they had sent the one and only copy of my radiographic films through regular mail with no tracking mechanism whatsoever. For a medical facility not only not to have backups but also not to use a tracking mechanism is utter malpractice. To add insult to injury, when I asked for at least the written records to be resent via certified mail, they also said they would not do that (cost would be about $1.50). I was left completely without recourse without so much as an apology
