Horrible management with no vision. Everything is done on a reaction and never proactive. Also EXTREMELY chea and micro-manage.

That place is like a hell hole. They promise you a raise, so that you can work hard and then they fuck you over, once you do your part.

I use to work there too. The 1st shift supervisor is afraid of the 2nd shift supervisor. What ever the 2nd shift supervisor says goes.

I use to work at that place and it was horrible. If you don't kiss ass you don't go anywhere. The 1st shift supervisor is afraid of the 2nd.
