Horrible management with no vision. Everything is done on a reaction and never proactive. Also EXTREMELY chea and micro-manage.

I use to work there too. That place doesn't do what they preach. They promise you a raise and then they fuck you over by not giving it.

I use to work at that place and it was horrible. If you don't kiss ass you don't go anywhere. The 1st shift supervisor is afraid of the 2nd.
