Never showed up to the appointment, so we were forced to reschedule. Showed up 5 hours late the next scheduled day. I missed 2 days of work!

Web design looks nice but nothing behind it. Owner is rude and the staff follows his lead. SEO is a rip because they don't really do it.

DIRTY & GROSS. Unsanitary. They CUT my toe with clippers. I found out the clippers weren't sterilized before use on me. GROSS!!!!
