Horrible customer service. Unaccommodating and unprofessional. They don't care about their tenants at all!

They ask for information on complaints but have no email capabilities. Many complaints from group medical memebers.

the service ctr. is unethiacal. charge 8 labor hr on a job that the labor guide said should have taken 4.5 labor hrs

No parts for the peons but HIGH $ completed guns going out! Still taking orders for parts they can't fill...indefinatley. Not Nice.

Sent my order to wrong address and asked me to go to the wrong address to pick up. Customer service agents have bad attitudes.
