Just go to Better Business Bureau +you will see Numerous Complaint Reports on Auto Palace. This combined with the BAD REVIEWS says STAY AWAY

While at Auto Palace there was a man Yelling and Screaming that he wanted his money back. Obviously, NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!
