They ship bulbs that don't last. They replace under warranty ONCE and send another defective bulb. When it fails they refuse to replace...

Initially they seem great. Then u get their product and it sucks. When I returned it under warranty it took 5 calls & 2 weeks to get my bulb

Received a new lamp in September from Apex Lamps for my 55" tv and just now in April, the lamp is dead already. Feel totally ripped off.

They had my returned bulb for 5 months then no warranty, no money, no bulb,very unprofessional, terrible communication, cheap chinese bulbs.
