Because your not valued
You are treated like you are a nobodie. The branch manager is causing us to lose sites. They try to get you to rat on other guards. And when you do they tell other guards because they don't understand the meaning of confidentiality. Site supervisors try to have power struggles with other guards and when you get in "trouble" they don't bother with proof with documentation. And then put you on a site that's to far so you basically quit instead of firing you. And when I say to far i mean 40 minutes away!

Agree totally. The company could care less about you. No sick time or vacation time. They promise then lie. Lack of concern for employees. 
I think you need to of read you company Handbook and the Hiring Packet closer. You ALL signed on for it. Next time READ the paperwork
