Do not rent from this company! Unless you go through legal channels, this company will not do any repairs to their rental units. Beware!

The office building is a garbage hole
They never return ANY phone calls
They are about to be sued in a class action suit

agreed 110% Albert Mcdonagh preys on the community. Check with the burlington courthouse - his extensive history of taking tennants to court

Albert has a big house that he owns on 4418 Longmoor Drive in Burlington ON. The nice people that lived there went through hell.

This landlord does not do any repairs to units even when they are below health standards. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM.

He is truly a slumloard, our kitchen ceeling fell in due to a water leak and he never fixed it so we moved out and now he is sueing us.

Albert McDonagh is a shame for Burlington! He cheated me and did not pay me 3 days of work. Never work for or rent from this individual.

our year lease is ending and sooo happy to be leaving. 14 days with out kitchen tap. had to get city of burlington involved. stay far away!!

Make sure you get pics and keep everything. If you had a lease, McDonagh WILL try to sue you. Everyone report to RECO like I am now.
