They sent us men's instead of women's flip flops and wouldn't refund or exchange b/c we didn't call w/in TWO days (tho it was less than 30).

It mislabels products' colors and has an awful exchange policy where you end up paying for shipping 3x and pay an extra 25% for "restocking"
