ADT has failed to handle my last two false alarms correctly, what will happen in an actual alarm event? ADT monitoring is b*llsh*t central!

Are unavailable to come fix our security system for a month.Want to charge us $500 for an emergency worker to come sooner. Crazy and no help

Changing your key fob battery, which is under maintenance ? You have to pay a technician a $25 drive out fee. They won't mail you batteries

Customer/Tech support is RUDE and INCOMPETENT - trouble shoot by hit or miss. I do that on my own, why trust security to hit or miss ADT.

Total bullshit customer service. No response except robocalls about an 'overdue' bill that had a balance in my favor!

ADT Home Security is a nightmare to deal with... pick another service.
