ADT Sucks

Customer/Tech support is RUDE and INCOMPETENT - trouble shoot by hit or miss. I do that on my own, why trust security to hit or miss ADT.

I got fed up with the constant price increaes. Canceling was a nightmare and I had to pay for an extra month. They in fact SUCK!

ADT is the worst ever..Only company in the industry that has to wait 90 seconds before calling back to the home.

Originally signed up with Brinks because ADT scheduled install and never showed up now ADT bought out Brinks and the customer service stinks

ADT is not a service company. They are a sales company. Call your local provider who will actually talk to you, give you service,fair price.

Work for ADT in past, they do have lousy customer service,high prices & the management runs the co. like Gestapo ,kissing up to ADT corp.

I called ADT they had a company "DEFENDER" put in my system. System went down for a week and it was all oh well - GET SLOMANS!>-(

Priced to high.Have a problem with your system and they charge $106.00 half hour labor. Have to wait for contract to end to get rid of them.

I worked for adt for 38 years i got sick and was fired through the mail

ADT Alarm company hires criminals to do their work. I think that's insane! Want to keep your family safe? DO NOT HIRE ADT! They SUCK!

ADT Sucks! They want to charge me the whole month because I cancelled. It doesn't say anything about that on the bill.
