Suck because they have no compassion for the struggling consumer. They won't let me out of my contract even though I have no phone line

Constant price increases. Cancellation was a nightmare and I had to pay for an additional month. No appreciation for a 10 year customer.

BAD service; poor installation, customer service sucks never could get a return call after leaving tons of message for several ADT employees

Commercial installation - they just stopped and nobody can tell you the status of project. Calls are forwarded to voicemails-never returned
