Would not cover roof for hail damage. Would only pay for half of roof, no matter color wouldn't match. Adjuster missed three appointments!

Acuity paid almost as much as my car was worth in repairs after severe hail damage. Paid rental, everything taken care of, no hassles.

Won't cover damage claim from bat infestation because bat guano is a "pollutant". Mammal damage is covered, "pollutants" NOT!!!!!
