Do not work for them. Listen to your instincts. Company is a waste of time and you are better off elsewhere. Terrible to employees--cheap

You will only get part-time work, they make you work over time and do not pay you. You will NEVER get a raise. New CEO has destroyed it.

Completely agree! They are in several major lawsuits for not paying company overtime, not paying employees to travel, etc etc etc RUN!

They discriminate based on age too. Pay the younger employees more. Big time class action coming their way soon

they are slowly dying as all manufacturers are cutting down on their expenses and trying to get them to spend more of their money.

They keep losing lines and as a result offer no stability to their sales people. They pay low wages and watch you like a hawk.

By far the worst company I ever worked for! I got 36 hours a wk but kept me part time! No raise in 4 years and always worked overtime LIARS!

This company could give a crap about its retail associates. Discriminates against older workers by hiring younger ones at a higher rate..sad

I've been with Acosta * years and they pay a new hire more then me because of my age.

I've worked for them when I asked for raise it was like .10! They don't give raises. The mileage reimbursement is like .16. Mile.

They fail to train employee's properly.
They make you use a small hand held which breaks down often, you need to call tech support...

Food broker business is cut throat, everybody is out to gain space. Let alone those audits they make you do for Nestle

I was hired and worked for them for 9 months
they watch over you like a hawk. It's interesting work, sometimes grocery stores are slow.

Mileage is horrible you only get paid from 1st store to 2nd to 3rd......with gas at 3.49 a gallon you lost about 75.00 a month just drive.

I have worked for Morris-Alper, MAI, then Acosta-the buy-outs they have money for. After 17 years, I make $12.50 an hour/40 hour work week.

The only people who are promoted within Acosta are related to someone in Management. The meetings are whiter than a Klan rally!

I worked my scheduled hours, spend AT LEAST 30 min every night putting time to computor(w/out pay). Travel/1st hour is free. 40 free miles

6 years with them. Informed on 12/02 they eliminated my position. Took the work load and spread it out among survivors of the cut.Assholes
