ACE Hardware Sucks

Purchased an item on-line to ship to store. I went in a day after the item arrived and found they had sold my pre-paid item already. Dopes!

Ace would not take returns 90% of the time. Higher prices than Home Depot, much worse customer service. Do not recommend!

HOMER GLEN, IL ACE hardware would NOT even give me store credit for an unopened item. And yes, they accused me of stealing too!
