Makes sense to me, sometimes I make mistakes on my paperwork, but its easy to fix it and the people answering the phones are helpful.
Sounds about right. it's easy to correct you're paperwork. The staff tell you what to fix and done.

No brainer!
Free, in school tutoring? I thought it was a scam, but turns out they are legit. My child showed some improvement.
